The picture at the top shows a petit sac of Financier cakes (caramel and plain), from Pierre Marcolini, 37 Marylebone High Street, London W1, at home in Hythe, Hampshire, at 09:06 on Thursday 31st March 2016, the day after I bought them and shortly before they were eaten! Mmm...
